Programs and Events

The Leadership Forum

Since its inception in 1996, the Leadership Forum Series has presented 30 forums. Tyco International has been the presenting sponsor of the Leadership Forum series since 2005.

As the leading business organization foundation in Central New Jersey, the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce Foundation works to develop leadership skills, enhance the entrepreneurial spirit and to advance economic development.  The Leadership Forum seeks to achieve these goals by bringing the Princeton region’s notable speakers and panels to share their leadership experience.  At each event in the dynamic series, the speakers describe first hand the issues they faced and the action they took to turn around their organizations to otherwise impact their environment.  Interactive discussions provide the opportunity to discuss lessons learned and the application to individual business situations.

The Foundation meets regularly to coordinate the many activities of the Leadership Forum, including the development of forum topics, program funding, logistics marketing and participant feedback.  The theme and speakers for each event are carefully chosen based in input received from our membership, issues and areas of mutual concern, relevance, timeliness and long-term impact.
